Easy Tips for Cooking with Stainless Steel Pan
-Take the chill off foods. Remove foods from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before you start to cook.
-Preheat over medium heat. Don't try to save time and preheat on high. It only takes a couple of minutes to preheat imarku cookware at the proper temperature to help prevent sticking.
-Using water drop test. Sprinkle a small amount of water into the pan until the water droplets coalesce and roll in the pan, then the temperature has been reached.
-Once the temperature is reached, turn down the heat, pour in the oil, and keep heating until the oil in the pan produces oil lines that spread to the sides of the pan, indicating that the oil temperature is sufficient. Then you can put in the ingredients for cooking.
- Do not store strong acid, alkali, salt food in the pot for a long time. Please use a wooden spatula or plastic spatula to stir-fry the food to better protect the pot body.
CLEAN & CARE
1. Before using for the first time, please wash the pan with hot water and white vinegar (10:1).
2. Please use a scouring pad and neutral detergent to decontaminate, wash carefully, wipe off the water, and keep dry. Do not wipe with hard or rough materials such as steel wire balls to avoid scratches. Dishwasher safe.
3. Prohibit dry burning of the empty pot to avoid affecting the service life of the product.
4. Prohibit the use of manganese stove or high fire to avoid yellowing and blackening of pan.
5. Please wash and dry the pan thoroughly after each use to avoid residual food grease stains that may cause rusting.
